Hello I’m Scott and like a lot of us, I was healthy and flexible in my 20’s. When I was 5 years old, I had grand aspirations to be a ballet dancer…as . I somehow came to believe that this was where all the pretty girls were. I would spend hours stretching hoping that one day I’d dance on stage. Well, that never happened but the outcome was I became very flexible, and stretching became an ongoing part of my life.
Then I turned 50……
I started to realise that everything started to hurt.. Despite keeping up with a relatively active stretching routine, things started to hurt.
